At citywinnerz casino, the promotions are designed to attract and retain players, making it essential to understand what’s on offer. Here’s a look at some of the key promotions that you definitely shouldn’t miss.
Welcome Bonus Breakdown
The welcome bonus at citywinnerz is a generous **150% match bonus** on your first deposit, capped at €300. This means if you deposit €200, the casino will add an additional €300, giving you a total of €500 to play with. But before you rush to sign up, there are a few important details to consider:
– **Wagering Requirement**: The bonus comes with a **37x wagering requirement**. This means you’ll need to wager a total of €11,100 (150% of €300) before you can withdraw any winnings.
– **Eligible Games**: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute only 20%.
– **Time Limit**: You have **30 days** from the time of claiming the bonus to meet the wagering requirements.
It’s crucial to keep these metrics in mind, as many casinos offer similar bonuses but with significantly higher wagering requirements — typically around 40x. This makes citywinnerz’s offer relatively more reasonable.
Loyalty Programme Insights
Citywinnerz also features a loyalty programme that rewards players for their continued engagement. Here’s how it works:
– For every €10 wagered, you earn **1 loyalty point**. These points can be redeemed for bonus credits or other rewards.
– As you accumulate points, you can climb through different tiers, unlocking better benefits including faster withdrawal times and exclusive promotions.
– Many loyalty schemes offer something like **1 point per €20** wagered, making citywinnerz’s offer notably more generous.
In my experience, accumulating points tends to be straightforward, especially for regular players.
Regular Promotions and Special Offers
Beyond the welcome bonus and loyalty programme, citywinnerz offers a variety of ongoing promotions which change regularly. These can include:
– **Weekly Cashback**: Up to 10% cashback on losses, which can provide a safety net for those unlucky runs.
– **Reload Bonuses**: Players can often find reload bonuses of around **50%** on subsequent deposits.
– **Seasonal Promotions**: Periodic events that may offer free spins or additional bonuses during holidays or special occasions.
To put this in perspective, many competitors offer similar reload bonuses, but they often come with higher wagering requirements or less frequent opportunities to claim them.
Withdrawal Policies
Understanding the withdrawal process is vital for players looking to cash out their winnings. Citywinnerz typically processes withdrawals within **23 to 47 hours**. Here’s what you should know:
– **Minimum Withdrawal**: The minimum amount you can withdraw is €20, which is standard across the industry.
– **Payment Methods**: The casino supports various methods, including bank transfers and e-wallets, which can influence the speed of your withdrawal. E-wallets tend to be quicker, often clearing within **24 hours**.
– **Verification Process**: Be prepared for a verification process, especially for larger withdrawals. This can take an additional **1-2 days**.
In my testing, withdrawals cleared in about **31 hours**, which is on the faster end compared to industry averages.
