By directing funds to these causes, Winstler aims not only to assist those in need but also to strengthen community ties.
2. Community Events and Fundraisers
Each year, Winstler Casino hosts more than 12 community events to raise awareness and funds for charitable causes. 4. Employee Volunteering Programme
In a bid to further engage its staff, Winstler Casino encourages employees to volunteer, offering up to three days of paid leave per year for this purpose. This initiative not only fosters a sense of community spirit among employees but also strengthens the connection between the casino and local charities. Many staff members have taken part in various initiatives, contributing to local food banks and community clean-up projects.
5. Matching Donations Scheme
Winstler Casino has implemented a matching donations scheme, where the casino matches employees’ charitable contributions up to £500 per employee each year. This scheme incentivises staff to give back, effectively doubling the impact of their generosity. Last year alone, this initiative resulted in an additional £20,000 in donations to local charities.
6. Monthly Charity Spotlight
Each month, Winstler Casino highlights a different charity on its platform, dedicating a portion of its profits to support that cause. This initiative not only raises awareness but also encourages players to engage with the selected charities. In 2026, this spotlight has helped raise upwards of £12,000 for causes ranging from mental health support to environmental conservation.
7. Transparency in Impact Reporting
Winstler Casino believes in transparency, regularly publishing reports detailing the impact of their charitable initiatives. These reports include specific figures, such as the total amount donated, the number of beneficiaries supported, and feedback from partner organisations. This level of accountability builds trust within the community and showcases the casino’s genuine commitment to giving back.
8. Engaging Players in Charity
Players at Winstler Casino can participate in charity-focused games, where a percentage of their bets are donated to a selected charity.
